8/10 season this was good and all but just doesn't compare to last season last season was way better.
I don't know how I feel about s3 being in the modern era

March...🥺 I wish you had trusted Fushi enough and lived out your dream to grow up and be a mum. She didn't get to grow up, but she was a great mum to Fushi. 🥹

how she died tho? They just told that she died peacefully like Gugu, but Gugu was injured.

Oh man it's really an awesome journey, so many likeable characters were introduced in this season especially bon 🔥

Fushi's character development was amazing and I have to say that this anime has one of the best world buildings 🤩

And finally it's an end of medieval era and start of of the new era

Can't wait to see what they have for us in season 3 🔥

ahh season 3 gonna take place in the modern world.
Now for the season 2 review, the second half was a let down, similar to season one lmao, the last arc there too wasent very good.
Overall still ill conclude season 1 as superior.
Bon is my favourite side character, Man was almost carrying the whole season.
I remember giving season 1: 8.5/10
Season 2 is 7.9/10 imo, it had almost nothing new to offer in the storytelling department, Best thing about the season was Bon's character development.

I'm eager for Season 3 to address a lingering question I have about Fushi's powers. Specifically, I wonder what happens when a person he's attached to dies. If he brings them back to life and they live to old age before dying again, does Fushi transform into the form they had in their initial death or their most recent demise? If it's the former, then March seems to have a unique advantage, having passed away as a child. This opens up the intriguing possibility for her to experience multiple fresh starts.

Couldn't have asked for a more wrap around ending. Unnamed boy got his dream of seeing a place of many people 39 episodes ago.

I'm glad a waited almost a year to watch this. Where I was then, I don't think I would have appreciated this fantastic anime.

I'm intrigued by the implications of Fushi's omnipresence and intervention capabilities. If he can be present everywhere and intervene at will, it raises questions about the extent of his influence and the ethical dilemmas that may arise. Fushi's potential parallels with the concept of 'big brother' or even the Christian God add an extra layer of complexity to the narrative. In scenarios where humans engage in conflicts, particularly those that are morally ambiguous or complex, how would Fushi respond? Would he play the role of a benevolent overseer, intervening to prevent harm, or would he allow humanity to exercise free will, even when faced with grave consequences? Consider situations where the very existence of Fushi leads to a Jonestown-like tragedy — would he become a stabilizing force or refrain from intervening, allowing the darker aspects of human nature to unfold? The prospect of Fushi living long enough to eventually become the bad guy adds a fascinating dimension to the narrative, raising questions about the consequences of his longevity and the role he might play in shaping the destiny of mankind.

Don't know if it was supposed to but it felt kind of sad at the end there. Will there be a season 3? Wouldn't mind seeing fushi in modern society
